The role
Our client, a premium mid-tier commercial building contractor in Brisbane, is seeking a skilled Commercial Foreman to join their energetic team. Known for their excellence in delivering distinctive projects, our client focuses on commercial builds ranging from small property developments to large-scale industrial projects.
As a Commercial Foreman, you will oversee school, aged care and hospitality construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards. With your expertise in construction, you will work alongside a highly experienced Site Manager who will train you in prgramming and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily on-site activities for commercial projects.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee subcontractors and full time staff,
maintaining a professional and collaborative work environment.
- Utilise your experience with Microsoft Project and Excelto efficiently manage project schedules and budgets.
- Leverage your knowledge of Procoreto track progress, communicate with stakeholders, and maintain project documentation.

About You:
- Proven experience as a Commercial leadinghand or Foreman in construction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Procore.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency on site.
