About the role

The Allied Health Entry Level Program is a structured and supportive 12-month program which enables newly graduated Social Workers to gain confidence and competency working in the public mental health sector. The overall aim is for entry level clinicians to be supported in delivering high quality trauma informed, consumer-centred and holistic care to people living with serious mental illness.

The successful applicant will:

- Recently graduated or recent to the mental health field (early career)
- Have a commitment to ongoing learning, supervision, reflective practice, professional development, service development and evaluation
- Commitment to delivering recovery-oriented, person-centred care to individuals experiencing significant mental health challenges across acute and community settings.
