Job Description

You will be working in a relaxed work setting in Tropical North Queensland. Busy spa environment with a mix of loyal local clientele as well as holidaymakers. You will ensure our clients leave the spa relaxed, refreshed and renewed by providing body massages, facials and beautiful exfoliations and wraps. Ensure the highest levels of professionalism and attention to detail are shown with all treatments conducted. Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming. We provide training and ongoing development initiatives to encourage and support your personal and qualified growth.

Provide body massages, facials, exfoliations and wraps

Ensure the highest levels of professionalism and attention to detail with all treatments

Maintain high standards of personal presentation and grooming

Offer home care advice to clients

n

Reach monthly retail targets

n

Answer phone calls and manage booking systems

About you

n

Diploma or Cert IV in Massage Therapy or Beauty Therapy





n

Experienced in facials, massages including deep tissue, aromatherapy and relaxation

n

Vichy experience is an advantage

n

Experience of Thalgo products is an advantage

n

Impeccable grooming and presentation

n

Confidence in answering phone calls and booking systems is an advantage

n

Vibrant, people-oriented individual passionate about the spa industry

n

Able to work in a team environment as well as individually

n

Available to work 3-5 days a week including Saturdays and Sundays

n
