Job Description

Amer Sports is seeking a Merchandise Manager-Performance for ANZ to own end-to-end category strategy for Performance Footwear across Key Accounts and D2C channels. You will shape assortment architecture, lead seasonal planning, and ensure profitability with cross-functional alignment.

The role focuses on translating the Brand's vision into market-ready assortments that resonate with consumers and strengthen premium positioning in ANZ. Robust GTM and omni-channel experience is essential.
