About the role

n

We are seeking an experienced Events Security Manager to join our Operations team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality security services across a portfolio of sites and events, ensuring staffing, logistics, and operations run smoothly.

n

Duties include but are not limited to:

n

n
- Lead planning and coordination of major events, including bump in/out and subcontractor compliance
n
- Support rostering function of Service Delivery Coordinators to ensure appropriate coverage
n
- Coordinate operational logistics including vehicles, uniforms, assets, equipment, and radios
n
- Manage client relationships and respond to queries or complaints
n
- Monitor and report on KPIs,



operational performance, and event outcomes
n
- Assist with operational problem-solving and provide cover for the Events Team Senior Manager as required
n

Skills & experience

n

n
- Proven experience in events management, including crowd control planning, client liaison, and subcontractor oversight
n
- Robust organisational and planning skills with attention to detail
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; strong computer literacy
n
- Well-presented, professional, and client-focused
n
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and extended event hour
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Current Victorian Security License
n
- Certificate II in security operations or higher
n
- Employee Working with Children's Check or willing to obtain
n
