Position Overview

n

We are currently seeking experienced Automotive Panel Beaters and Vehicle Assemblers to join our team in Jamisontown (Penrith), NSW.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Carrying out quality panel repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
n
- Removing, repairing, replacing, and refitting damaged vehicle components.
n




- Vehicle disassembly and reassembly.
n
- Working collaboratively with estimators, painters, and workshop staff.
n
- Maintaining repair quality, efficiency, and workplace safety standards.
n
- Ensuring vehicles are completed within required timeframes.
n
- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe.
n

Candidate Profile

n

n
- Previous experience as a Panel Beater and/or Vehicle Assembler within the collision repair industry.
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
n
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
n
- Sound knowledge of vehicle repair processes and workshop practices.
n
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
n
- A positive work ethic and commitment to safety.
