Combining your clinical expertise with a proactive approach to early intervention, you'll play a key role in improving recovery, workplace participation and overall wellbeing.

n

Working with some of Australia's largest organisations, you'll help shape positive recovery journeys and influence workplace health outcomes at scale. Supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team, you will:

- Manage a diverse caseload and deliver high-quality workplace rehabilitation services
n
- Conduct Worksite Assessments, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Vocational Assessments and Return to Work services
n
- Identify barriers to recovery and develop practical strategies to support positive return-to-work outcomes
n
- Build trusted relationships through confident communication and a solutions-focused approach
n
- Work across physical and psychological injury cases, applying evidence-based rehabilitation principles
n
- Contribute to a cooperative team culture focused on quality, outcomes and continuous improvement
n

About You

n

n
- Current General Registration with AHPRA and a tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Psychology
n
- Minimum 12 months' experience as a Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant within Queensland
n
- Professional Indemnity Insurance and Full Australian working rights
