Barwon Health seeks a Lead Aged Care On-Site Pharmacist (Grade 3) to lead high-quality pharmacy services across residential aged care facilities and care transitions. You will ensure secure and efficient medication use aligned with national measures and Barwon Health priorities.

You will guide continuity of medication management, address medication issues, and participate in governance and education of interns and students within Barwon Health’s hospital pharmacy network.
