Job Description

McCrae Yacht Club is seeking a proactive Membership & Development Coordinator to support growth, enhance member experience and strengthen community ties in McCrae, VIC. The role spans membership, sponsorship, clubhouse hire, communications and grants, working closely with the Commodore and volunteers.

This part-time position offers flexible schedule (16 hours weekly plus 4 on Saturday mornings during sailing season) with potential additional weekend/seasonal hours.
