Unidex Health care is seeking an experienced Support Worker to assist a male client with a spinal cord injury based in Birtinya, Queensland. You will help with domestic tasks, accompany to appointments, therapies, gym outings, and assist with meal preparation and community access.

Shifts are Monday 11am–3pm and Thursday 12pm–4:30pm, with a rate of $38.75 per hour. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, a current Police clearance, First Aid/CPR, Blue Card, Yellow Card, and NDIS Worker
