Nexgen Plumbing NQ is small local family owned company seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Townsville QLD 4810. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality plumbing services to our residential and commercial clients throughout the region. This position is integral to maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction on every job.
3rd and 4th year apprentices are encouraged to apply.
What you'll be doing
- Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnosing plumbing problems and determining appropriate solutions
- Installing water supply systems and drainage systems
- Bathroom renovations
- Drain cleaning, CCTV inspections and blocked drains
- Roof and gutter repairs and maintenance
- Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide qualified advice
- Maintaining detailed records of completed work and materials used on each job
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and best practices on site
What we're looking for
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Current Manual Drivers Licence
- White Card
- Ability to use or learn our job software (servicem8)
