The role focuses on day-to-day ERP support, building Excel-based tools for pricing, processing and reporting, and partnering with users to improve data accuracy, system adoption and processes.
You will troubleshoot user queries, assist with access, data mapping and integrations (SigmaNEST, Romac, Pulse), and contribute to training and documentation.
