We are currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our Statewide Bearings team in our Virginia!
In your role
As a Warehouse Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, safe and timely delivery of SWB Group’s products and accessories to our customers, as well as collecting and transferring stock between our branches. You will also support day-to-day warehouse operations and deliver exceptional service to our customers, internal stakeholders, and branch network.
This is a full-time position that offers excellent career prospects working alongside a highly motivated team. As a Warehouse Delivery Driver, you will report to the Virginia Branch Manager and play a vital role in our warehouse operations.
Whether you’re starting out in your career or bring previous experience in sales, warehouse, or trade industries, full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and unpacking of stock.
- Picking and packing customer requirements.
- Completing daily customer deliveries and collecting and transferring stock between branches.
- Assisting in dispatching of goods.
- Assist with stock reconciliation and provide support across general warehouse duties as needed ie: freight.
- Assist in keeping the warehouse clean and tidy.
- The ability to engage with people and build a rapport.
- Safe use of company equipment and vehicles.
- Ensure accuracy and high standards of service are always maintained while complying with our OH&S; policies.
To be successful in the role the applicant will need
- Driver’s licence (required).
- Forklift licence (required).
- Proactive, self – motivated and organised with good time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as a part of a team.
- The desire to develop your current knowledge and skills.
- A strong work ethic.
- The ability to engage with people and build rapport.
- Previous experience in warehouse, picking/packing would be valuable but not essential as full training will be provided.
