You'll have honest conversations with customers, understand what they actually need and help them make the right decision - not push them into products that aren't right for them.

The Role

- Manage a mix of inbound and outbound health insurance enquiries
n
- Speak with high-quality warm leads generated through a nationally recognised brand
n
- Understand customers' needs and provide suitable health insurance options
n
- Have genuine, consultative conversations rather than using a hard-sell approach
n
- Use evolving technology, AI tools and new systems designed to make the consultant experience easier
n

The Advantages

- $75,000 - $80,000 + super + uncapped commission

- Start date: 6th October | Fortnightly pay

About You

- Direct private health fund or aggregator sales experience would be ideal

- Broader insurance experience will also be considered
