About The Role
We are recruiting multiple Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers for locations across regional Queensland. These roles are ideal for experienced supermarket leaders who understand the importance of fresh departments, stock control, and delivering a consistent customer experience. You will lead from the front, drive team performance, and take ownership of store standards, with a strong focus on fresh produce execution. For Assistant Managers, this is a genuine pathway into a Store Manager role. For Store Managers, it’s an chance to take full ownership of your own site.

Skills And Experience
- Previous experience in a supermarket environment is essential
- Strong knowledge of fresh produce, including stock control, shrinkage and presentation
- Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Ability to lead, coach and develop high‑performing teams
- Strong commercial acumen across sales, wages and KPIs
- Hands‑on leadership style with a focus on standards and execution
- Open to relocation to regional Queensland
