Norton is based in Hastings, Victoria, Australia, and seeks a CAD Draftsperson to transform customer requirements and site information into practical, manufacturable livestock handling solutions. You’ll create yard layouts, scaled site plans and detailed CAD models ready for production, working across Sales, Operations and Manufacturing to ensure designs are cost‑effective and fit for purpose.

Responsibilities include creating plans, producing CAD drawings and BOMs, maintaining drafting
