Amer Sports EMEA is seeking an experienced Operations Business Partner for the B2B/Wholesale channel across ANZ. The role ensures scalable, cost‐effective operations, translating commercial agreements into actionable plans while protecting service levels and margin.

You will lead onboarding, drive KPI‐driven improvements, and partner with Commercial and Finance to safeguard wholesale margins and pricing decisions. A dynamic, rapid‐paced FMCG environment experience is highly valued.
