VECA in Hills, NSW is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager to lead the nursing team within our 24/7 emergency and general hospital. You will coordinate staffing, clinical standards, and workflow across emergency, general practice, surgery, and critical care.

You will mentor, optimise patient care, support rostering, triage, infection control, and collaborate with veterinarians and support staff to deliver gold-standard care around the clock.
