NRMA Parks & Resorts is seeking an experienced Cafe Manager for our South West Rocks holiday resort on the Mid North Coast of NSW. You’ll lead a small team in a busy onsite café, driving guest satisfaction and smooth daily operations.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll manage budgets, labour costs, rosters, and stock, while upholding food safety and hygiene. Weekend and holiday periods require flexibility and robust customer focus.
