Suncorp is seeking a Commercial Assessing Coordinator (ASCO) to join the Commercial Motor Claims team. You will coordinate vehicle assessments, towing and repairs while delivering outstanding customer service to help customers get Back on the Road.
In this role you will progress claims from lodgement to repair, manage relationships with customers, brokers, suppliers and repairers, and support informed decision-making with accurate records and proactive communication.
