Baristas, Cooks, Cafe All-Rounders – Multiple Positions

Green Orchid Cafe is looking for friendly, energetic and reliable people to join our growing team. Depending on your experience and position, your responsibilities may include providing warm, friendly and attentive customer service, preparing and serving quality coffees and other beverages, taking dine-in and takeaway orders accurately and efficiently, operating the POS system and processing payments, running food and drinks promptly and accurately, clearing, cleaning and resetting tables throughout service, maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented café, restocking fridges, cups, condiments and service areas, assisting with opening and closing duties, following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures, working efficiently during busy breakfast, brunch and lunch periods, communicating effectively between front-of-house, coffee and kitchen teams, supporting teammates and stepping into different areas when required, taking initiative and completing tasks without needing constant direction, and maintaining consistent standards of quality, presentation and service.
