About the Role

n

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join STA as our Clinical Lead, providing clinical leadership and oversight to approximately 10 Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Psychologists.

n

You'll provide supervision and mentoring, support complex clinical decision-making, strengthen clinical standards and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

n

You'll be supported by our General Manager and Practice Manager, allowing you to focus on clinical leadership rather than carrying sole responsibility for practice operations.

n

The role can be full-time or part-time and includes dedicated leadership time alongside a manageable OT caseload.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Lead and support approximately 10 clinicians across OT, Speech Pathology and Psychology
n
- Provide regular clinical supervision and mentoring
n
- Support complex presentations, clinical decision-making, risk assessment and care planning
n
- Lead clinical case discussions, reviews and collaborative care planning
n
- Promote high-quality,



evidence-informed and neuro-affirming practice
n
- Support clinical governance, quality improvement and safe service delivery
n
- Identify professional development needs and support ongoing clinical learning
n
- Build strong relationships with schools, medical and allied health professionals, community organisations and referral partners
n
- Strengthen multidisciplinary collaboration and referral pathways
n
- Contribute to the ongoing development of STA's clinical services
n
- Maintain a manageable occupational therapy caseload
n

About You

n

This is a senior clinical position and proven experience supervising and mentoring clinicians is essential.

n

You will have:

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
n
- Several years of relevant clinical experience, ideally with children and young people
n
- Demonstrated experience providing clinical supervision and mentoring
n
- Robust clinical reasoning and confidence supporting complex presentations
n
- Experience providing clinical leadership within a team
n
- Confidence working across a multidisciplinary environment
n
- Strong understanding of evidence-informed and neuro-affirming practice
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills
n

n

Previous Clinical Lead, Senior OT or multidisciplinary leadership experience will be highly regarded.
