Supervisor/Bartender/Assistant Manager – Lucky You Darling

Lucky You Darling is a new Chinese-inspired wine bar located in Darlinghurst. We are looking for a hands-on Supervisor, Bartender or Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and help deliver a consistently high standard of service.

This opportunity is open to an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager/Supervisor/Bartender who is ready to take the next step in their career.

The role

n

Lead by example and take an active role on the restaurant floor

n

Recruit, train and develop the front-of-house team

n

Manage daily operations and ensure every service runs smoothly

n

Maintain high standards of service, presentation and guest experience

n

Manage staff performance and create a positive team culture

n

Work closely with the kitchen and senior management team

n

Handle customer feedback and resolve problems professionally

n

About you

n

Restaurant management experience,



strong Assistant Restaurant Manager, or Supervisor experience

n

Punctual, reliable and well organised

n

Confident managing and developing your own team

n

Hands-on and comfortable working in a busy, high-volume restaurant

n

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

n

Basic wine and beverage knowledge

n

Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent service

n
