Salary: Approx. 75,000 to 80,000 per year

About the Role

n

We are seeking a qualified and nationally recognised Remedial Massage Therapist to join our professional, client-focused team. You will provide evidence-based remedial massage treatments to assess, treat and manage musculoskeletal pain, injuries and movement dysfunction, helping clients restore function, reduce pain and improve overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Conduct thorough client consultations and assessments to identify symptoms, medical history and treatment needs.
n
- Develop and deliver individualised remedial massage treatment plans.
n
- Apply a range of techniques including deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, sports massage and joint mobilisation.
n
- Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes and progress reports.
n
- Provide post-treatment advice, rehabilitation exercises and self-care guidance.
n
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control, privacy and professional practice standards.
n
- Build positive,



trusting relationships with all clients.

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Current qualification — Diploma of Remedial Massage (or equivalent) recognised in Australia.
n
- Valid membership with an approved industry association (e.g. AMT, AAMT, MAA, ANMA).
n
- Current National Police Check / Working With Children Check (if applicable).
n
- Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance.
n
- Excellent communication skills and client-focused approach.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n

Desirable

n

n
- Experience in clinical, sports or injury rehabilitation settings.
n
- Certificate in First Aid.
n
- Knowledge of private health fund claiming processes.
n
