Genesis Recruitment Solutions in Maitland NSW is seeking a Customer Success Lead for a 12-month contract. The role focuses on developing and implementing a Customer Success Framework with expertise in change management and user adoption of current IT products and services.

The position is hybrid, offering up to AUD 700 per day plus superannuation, with 3 days in the office per week across the Maitland & Central Coast region. Strong delivery of change management outcomes is essential.
