APCO White Hills, Bendigo are looking for a passionate Grocery Supervisor to help bring it to life.

APCO is a proudly Australian-owned petrol, convenience and grocery retailer operating under APCO, Cafe 24/7 and Andersons Supermarket. We’re known for combining convenience with old-school customer service, and our newest store is set to be something special.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand-new store, lead a great team and help shape the success of the grocery department.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands‑on retail leader with experience in grocery or supermarket environments who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused store.

You’ll take ownership of the grocery floor — leading your team, managing stock and merchandising, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading the day-to-day operations of the grocery department
- Managing stock ordering, merchandising and product presentation




- Helping create rosters and supporting your team to succeed
- Coaching and developing team members
- Delivering exceptional customer service every day
- Maintaining high standards of store presentation, hygiene and safety

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in a grocery or retail leadership role (3+ years preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands‑on approach and ability to work in a rapid‑paced environment
- Passion for fresh food, retail and customer experience
- Physical capability for lifting and being on your feet throughout shifts
- A motivated, positive attitude and drive to succeed
