H Design is a well-respected hydraulic (plumbing) services design firm, based in Spring Hill, Brisbane. Our company was founded in 2022 but prior to rebranding have been in business for over 40 years.

Our reputation is based on our founder, Greg Hamilton’s legacy of practical solutions, integrity, and professionalism.

We are a team of 10 who manage hundreds of projects each year, and are busier than ever. We are looking for a dynamic and mature team player who is ready to hit the ground running to help supercharge our team.

About - The Role

Drafting

Preparing, editing and revising plans, maps, charts and drawings.

Planning and coordination of hydraulic services designs and project programs with other service disciplines (architects, civil designers, structural, electrical, mechanical etc), consultant teams, etc. as required.

We are looking for the right fit to be a part of our team – either full time, part time, or casual.

New office fitout, and close to public transport.





$80k-120k salary range, depending on experience and drafting speed (we pay penalty rates for overtime)

Fortnightly payroll.

Flexible working hours start/finish times (but must work in our office).

Speed drafter!

Quick learner & adaptable

Team player

Although we would prefer to find an experienced hydraulic drafter – we would consider hiring someone who has drafting experience (confident using AutoCAD) and who is keen to take the next step in their career.

Preferred project/ experience

Confident using AutoCAD – will be used for 2D hydraulic design including - sanitary, hot and cold water, trade waste, gas, rainwater, roof water and downpipes, and fire hydrant and hose reels.

Confident using Microsoft Office (mostly outlook).
