MacPhee's Wine Cellaring Specialists is seeking a reliable, organised and customer focused Warehouse and Fulfilment Coordinator to join our Melbourne team at our Head Office in Port Melbourne.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in warehousing, order fulfilment, dispatch, logistics or inventory handling who takes pride in accuracy, safety and following through. Just as importantly, we are looking for a good human being; someone who cares, is dependable, helpful and positive, and who understands the important role warehouse operations play in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the role

n

As a Warehouse & Fulfilment Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

n

receiving, identifying, and storing incoming products accurately

n

picking, checking, packing and staging customer orders

n

coordinating transport bookings, collections and returns

n

maintaining stock movements in CIN7 and completing stocktakes

n

investigating discrepancies and processing warranty returns

n

providing timely updates to customers, partners and internal teams

n

keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe

n

You pride yourself on having the following attributes

n





Full Australian working rights essential

n

Previous warehousing, fulfilment, or logistics experience essential

n

Strong attention to detail with accurate pick, pack, and dispatch skills

n

Confidence using inventory management systems

n

Previous CIN7 experience advantageous

n

Clear communication skills with customers and internal teams

n

Good organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines

n

Practical judgement and the ability to investigate discrepancies, resolve routine issues and escalat[?] risks appropriately

n

A strong understanding of safe manual handling and workplace health and safety requirements

n

The physical capacity to meet the requirements of the role safely

n

A reliable, accountable and positive approach, with a genuine commitment to helping clients, teammates and the business succeed
