Mantarays Ningaloo Beach Resort, the only resort on the stunning Sunrise Beach in Exmouth, is looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our dedicated kitchen team.

n

As a key part of our culinary team, you will take ownership of setting the tone for our guests' day with fresh, high-quality dishes that showcase local produce and your flair for presentation and timing.

What You'll Do:

n

Take charge of preparation and service, ensuring efficiency and consistency.

n

Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.

n

Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef and other team members to create memorable dining experiences.

n

Assist with ordering, stock rotation, and minimising food wastage.

n

What We're Looking For:

n

Proven experience in a similar role (minimum 1-2 years as a CDP or Breakfast Chef).

n

Excellent knowledge of food preparation.

n





A passion for hospitality and a team-first attitude.

n

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

n

A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).

n

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
