JUNIOR BUYERS AGENT / ASSOCIATE | EASTERN SUBURBS

An exciting opportunity for a driven Associate Buyers Agent to join a boutique Buyers Agency in the Eastern Suburbs. Working closely with the Director, you'll be involved in sourcing on and off-market opportunities, attending inspections, managing clients and supporting the buying process from start to settlement.

If you have previous real estate experience, a strong interest in property and a desire to progress your career, this role offers the perfect platform to develop your skills. You'll receive hands‐on training and mentoring with a genuine pathway to become a fully‐fledged Buyers Agent.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Manage up to 10 clients concurrently, providing a high level of service and communication
n
- Source on, off-market and pre-market property opportunities
n




- Build and maintain strong relationships with local real estate agents
n
- Attend property inspections on behalf of clients
n
- Provide detailed feedback and property recommendations
n
- Coordinate due diligence processes on prospective purchases
n
- Maintain and update the client database
n
- Liaise with clients, agents and solicitors throughout the buying process
n
- Manage client emails, appointments and diary requirements
n
- Provide consistent client care from sign-up through to settlement
n
- Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions
n

About You:

n

n
- Previous Real Estate experience preferred – Sales or Buyers Agency experience ideal
n
- Genuine passion for property and desire to build a career in Buyers Agency
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Confident speaking with clients and real estate agents
n
- Proactive, driven and able to work independently
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Skilled presentation and demeanour
n
- Certificate of Registration or Class 1/2 Real Estate Licence
n
- Current driver's licence and own car
n
- Available to work Saturdays
