Childcare Room Assistant / Educator - Diploma or Cert III Qualified

About the Role

As an Educator, you will play a vital role in creating safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environments for children. You’ll work collaboratively with your team to deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and contribute to maintaining the centre’s exceeding standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and implementing engaging programs that foster each child’s development.
- Provide a warm, safe, and inclusive environment for all children and families.
- Support children’s learning journeys through play-based experiences and intentional teaching.




- Work collaboratively with fellow educators to maintain the centre’s exceeding quality practices.
- Build strong, positive relationships with families, children, and the wider community.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies.

About You

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
- Current Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
- Strong understanding of EYLF and NQF.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting children’s development.
