POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an elegant, service-oriented permanent Part time Client Advisor to join our Sydney Flagship Boutique. As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of Brunello Cucinelli - offering exceptional client experience, building lasting relationships and embodying the values and aesthetics of the brand. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, with a passion for luxury fashion, storytelling, and delivering personalized service

We are looking for a Part time team member (3 days per week) to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n

Client Engagement and Service Excellence

n

Provide an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the Brunello Cucinelli ethos of humanistic luxury.

n

Establish genuine, long-term relationships with clients, offering personalized styling and wardrobe consultations.

n

Serve both local and international clientele, with cultural sensitivity and fluency.

n

Facilitate exclusive experiences such as private appointments, wardrobe reviews, and previews of new collections.

n

Sales and Product Knowledge

n

Meet and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs through client-focused selling techniques.

n

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand's history,



philosophy, craftsmanship, and seasonal collections.

n

Maintain strong awareness of luxury retail trends and client preferences to tailor recommendations.

n

Team Collaboration and Store Operations

n

Collaborate closely with fellow Client Advisors and Boutique Management to support daily operations.

n

Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and boutique upkeep to uphold brand standards.

n

Support events and trunk shows as a key touchpoint for relationship building and client loyalty.

n

Brand Representation

n

Represent the Brunello Cucinelli brand with authenticity, elegance, and professionalism in all client interactions.

n

Uphold and communicate the brand's values of craftsmanship, sustainability, and refined luxury.

n

QUALIFICATION AND SKILL

n

Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably with women's and men's luxury fashion apparel experience.

n

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create meaningful client relationships.

n

A deep appreciation for craftsmanship, sustainability, and Italian luxury, with a passion for the Brunello Cucinelli brand.

n

Detail-oriented, with excellent presentation, styling, and storytelling abilities.
