Connect People is currently seeking experienced CivilWater & Sewer Maintenance Workers for opportunities across Melbourne's Northern, Eastern and South-Eastern suburbs.

n

We work with established water infrastructure companies delivering essential maintenance, repair and renewal works across Melbourne. We're looking for reliable, hardworking & experienced people to join our growing workforce.

n

What's on offer:

- $42.16-$49.38 per hour + super, depending on the role
n
- Monday to Friday day shifts
n
- 7:00am starts
n
- Opportunities across Melbourne's North, East and South-East areas
n
- Ongoing opportunities available

- Work with established water and infrastructure companies
n
- Potential for overtime and additional work depending on project requirements
n

What you'll be doing:

n

Live Water Maintenance

n

n
- Assisting with water main maintenance and repairs
n
- Supporting crews with planned and reactive maintenance works
n
- Working around live water infrastructure
n
- Assisting with pipe, valve and connection works
n
- Operating excavators and assisting with plant operations where qualified
n
- General civil labouring and site support
n

n

Sewer Maintenance

n

n
- Carrying out sewer maintenance and repair works
n
- High-pressure water jetting and clearing blockages
n
- Operating jet trucks where qualified
n




- Assisting with CCTV inspections
n
- Supporting pipe relining, rodding, patching and sealing works
n
- General drainage and civil maintenance duties
n

n

Licences & Tickets Required:

Live Water Maintenance:

n

n
- MR Licence or higher
n
- Excavator Ticket
n
- Spotter Ticket
n
- Asbestos Awareness – Class B Non-Friable
n
- First Aid & CPR
n

n

Sewer Maintenance:

n

n
- MR Licence or higher
n
- Confined Spaces
n
- Working at Heights
n
- Hepatitis & Tetanus vaccinations
n
- First Aid & CPR
n
- Water Jetting Ticket
n
