Suncorp Group is seeking a Claims Manager in Australia for a six-month fixed-term, full time role across multiple offices, with a flexible 50/50 office and work-from-home arrangement. The start date is 12 October 2026, and the role requires the first four weeks in the office for training.

You will be the primary contact for customers with property loss, manage a portfolio of home claims, liaise with assessors, and guide customers through policy entitlements, repair processes, and claim outcomes.
