Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager in the Newcastle area to oversee daily store operations, lead a 20+ person team, and drive exceptional customer service.

You will collaborate with Service, Inside the Home, Builders and Lifestyles & Garden teams, report to the Operations Manager, and ensure Best Experience, safety culture and compliance across your department. Weekend rosters and some public holiday work are required.
