Your mission in your new role:

n

This is a full-time position in Five Dock and Ryde, NSW This is an excellent opportunity to work with a long-standing, well know business and to work in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Mentoring a team of educators.

n





Assist in the planning and implementation of developmentally appropriate educational programs for children aged 0-5 years.

n

Provide high-quality care and supervision to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children.

n

Build positive relationships with children, families, the team and the wider community.

n

Participate in ongoing professional development to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

n

Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures and regulations governing early childhood education and care.

n

What we are looking for:

n

A qualification in Early Childhood Education.

n

3 to 5 years of current work experience in Early Childhood Education.

n

Experience working in a leadership role.

n

A deep commitment and understanding of child protection, demonstrating the awareness, accountability, and integrity required to champion a child-safe environment.

n

A genuine passion for working with children and a holistic commitment to their care and education.

n

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with families and team members.

n

A highly responsible, ethical, and reliable approach to your work.

n

A solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS).

n

Sound knowledge of Children's Services Regulations and mandatory child protection reporting requirements.

n

Mandatory Compliance & Clearances:

n

A current and verified Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
