SD Legal invites an experienced APAC Transactions Lawyer to join its regional team in Singapore. You will lead origination, structuring and negotiations for complex commercial and energy-focused agreements, working closely with business leaders across Asia and with regulators when needed.

The role requires 7–12 years PQE with an energy/transactional background, Tier 1 firm training, and the ability to operate across a global matrix organization, including potential secondments or in-house
