The role focuses on handling enquiries from victims of crime and guiding complaints through the Charter of Victims' Rights process under the Victims' Commissioner and Sexual Violence Review Board Act 2024.

You will collaborate with victim support services and justice agencies to identify systemic issues and contribute to service
