We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Loan Kit Technician to join our Macquarie Park team. In this rapid-paced role, you'll be responsible for preparing, maintaining and coordinating surgical loan kits and instrument sets to ensure they are delivered accurately and on time.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Prepare, pack and dispatch loan kits and instrument sets for customer proceduresReceive, inspect, replenish and transact kits following surgical use
n
- Ensure all inventory movements are accurately recorded within the ERP system
n
- Maintain, clean and test surgical instruments and sets to ensure they are complete and fully functional
n
- Work closely with Territory Managers, Customer Service, Supply Chain and hospital customers to meet surgical requirements
n




- Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with stock control activities
n
- Complete daily activity logs and missing item reporting
n
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe and efficient warehouse environment
n
- Participate in on-call and overtime rosters as required
n
- Assist with annual stocktakes and cycle counts
n

To be successful, you will have:

- Knowledge of loan kit processes and inventory controlExperience using ERP or inventory management systems
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n

- The ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy

- Participation in an on-call rosterSome out-of-hours work as required

- Availability for two weekend stocktakes/cycle counts each year
