n Location: Nerang, Gold Coast QLD 4211
n Pay Rate: $75.09 per hour + super
n Contract: 6 October 2026 – 8 October 2027
n Classification: AO5
n Gold Coast based – mandatory
n We are seeking an experienced Electrical Capability Coordinator (ITS & Electrical) to support RoadTek operations based in Nerang on the Gold Coast.
n This role will coordinate technical capability, training and competency activities across RoadTek's electrical, ITS&E; and civil electrical disciplines, helping ensure electrical works are delivered safely and in line with required technical standards.

About the Role

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Coordinating technical training and competency activities across electrical, ITS&E; and civil electrical operations.
n
- Maintaining training plans, competency records, learning resources and assessment evidence.
n
- Supporting the delivery of civil electrical training, including knowledge transfer, practical learning and training content maintenance.
n
- Providing coaching, technical guidance and competency support to apprentices, trainees, electrical workers,



project managers and supervisors.
n
- Supporting continuous improvement within the Electrical Training Centre.
n
- Assisting with training schedules, competency pathways, technical guidance and succession planning for specialist electrical capability.
n

Mandatory Requirements

n

To be considered, you must have:

n

n
- Current and valid Queensland Electrical Work Licence – Electrical Mechanic.
n
- Current C Class Driver Licence.
n
- Ability to be based on the Gold Coast – this requirement is non-negotiable.
n

Highly Desirable

n

n
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent current qualification.
n
- Experience delivering electrical safety training within civil construction, electrical construction or maintenance environments.
n
- Experience conducting electrical safety and quality audits.
n
- Experience supporting formal workplace investigations.
n
- Qualifications or demonstrated experience in workplace health and safety, auditing or incident investigation.
n
