About Us

D.O.C Group has been a Lygon Street institution since 2002 and has proudly grown to six venues across Carlton, Southbank, St Kilda and Mornington.

We continue to expand, and we're looking for great new additions to join our team and grow with us.

About the Role

n

Day-to-day operations include:

n

n
- Preparing pizza during daily service, including stretching, topping and oven work.
n
- Experience cooking high-volume pizza in an electric Moretti oven is beneficial.
n
- Working effectively within a busy, fast-paced team of 2–5 members.
n
- Preparation of cured meats, cheeses, vegetables, dough and sauces.
n
- Providing enthusiastic and unapologetically Italian customer service.
n
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace and upholding food safety standards.
n

AO & Events

n

As part of the D.O.C Group team, staff may also have the opportunity to work across our AO operations and special events, supporting both production and service.

n





This includes preparation and production prior to events, as well as working on-site during service. Team members may be rostered across our venues, production kitchen and event locations, depending on operational requirements.

n
