What You'll Do

n

Support individuals in their homes and community through:

n

n
- Daily living and household assistance
n
- Community access and transport
n
- Social and recreational participation
n




- Personal care and clinical support
n
- Goal-focused mentoring and wellbeing support
n
- Collaboration with families and allied health teams
n
- Accurate documentation and reporting
n

n

Who We're Looking For

You are:

n

n
- Empathetic and passionate about empowering women
n
- Confident working independently
n
- Reliable, professional and warm
n
- Adaptable in dynamic environments
n
- A clear and respectful communicator
n

n

What You'll Need

n

n
- Certificate III (or higher) in a relevant field, or willingness to obtain
n
- Current First Aid & CPR
n
- Blue Card / Yellow Card
n
- QLD Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
n
- NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
n
- Legal right to work in Australia
n
