Job Description

Hitachi Vantara is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist (Storage) to join our global support team in Sydney. You will provide expert Level 2 technical support for Hitachi storage products, working with customers and field teams to resolve complex issues.

You will own and escalate cases as needed, document resolutions for knowledge base, and participate in training to grow technical skills across the team. A proactive, team-oriented mindset is essential.
