Job Description

Mulpha Australia Limited seeks a Duty Manager to lead our Cove Tavern team on a hands-on shift basis, overseeing front-of-house, gaming, and compliance while supporting the Venue Manager. You'll bring 5+ years in hospitality, current RMLV, RSA, RSG and Approved Managers Licence, plus versatile availability for evenings, weekends and holidays to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
