At Savvy Dentist, we help dental practice owners go from feeling like the most expensive employee in their practice to becoming a confident business owner with time, financial and lifestyle freedom.

We're looking for an exceptional business coach/advisor to support our clients across Australia, New Zealand and beyond. If you've helped businesses grow, or built your own business before, and you're passionate about personal and professional transformation, this role could be for you

About the Role

n

As a Practice Max Coach, you'll work 1:1 with dental practice owners to help them:

n

- Create and implement a strategic business plan
n
- Increase revenue using our cashflow, marketing and case acceptance frameworks
n
- Build a high-performance team and recruitment pipeline
n
- Improve operational efficiency, systems and delegation
n
- Work fewer clinical hours (if they choose) without sacrificing profit
n

n

You'll support clients through monthly coaching calls, contribute to online training sessions and attend live Intensives (virtually and in-person).

n

You don't need to have been a coach before. We'll train you in our coaching frameworks and methodology. What matters most is your real-world business experience, the results you've helped achieve, and your ability to help others put ideas into action.

This is a full-time hybrid role.



You must be available during AEST/NZ business hours, with some flexibility for before/after-hours calls.

About You

- You have a genuine interest in business and how it works, what holds it back, and what helps it grow. You enjoy working through challenges with people and helping them achieve meaningful results.

- You've run your own business or worked closely with business owners and leadership teams to improve performance
n
- You've helped grow revenue, improve profitability and resolve operational or team challenges, with tangible results
n
- You're interested in coaching or business advisory and want to use your experience to help other business owners succeed
n
- You understand the unique pressures of service-based professionals
n
- You're naturally curious about the workings of a profitable business and ask questions that get to the heart of an issue
n
- You're great with people and comfortable holding them accountable
n
- You lead with care, courage and commercial thinking
n
- You do what you say you'll do, on time and to a high standard
n
- You thrive in remote work environments and love contributing to a team
n
- Your experience might come from business ownership, operations, general management, business advisory or coaching. What matters is what you've helped achieve and your willingness to keep learning.

Bonus: If you've worked in the dental or health sector, or have experience with high-touch service businesses, that's a plus.
