Experienced Barista Wanted - Join Our Busy, High-Quality Café in North Fitzroy

We're looking for a passionate and experienced barista to join our fast-paced, high-volume café located on Queens Parade in North Fitzroy.

n

This is a Level 2 Casual position with consistent, fixed hours (32-38 hours per week). We're seeking someone available to work five days per week, including a mix of weekdays and weekends.

n

About the Role

n

You'll be working in a dynamic, team-focused environment where quality coffee and outstanding service are at the heart of what we do.

The ideal candidate will have:

n

n
- Minimum 12 months' experience working on a commercial coffee machine
n
- Confidence in a high-volume service environment
n
- Strong workflow management and consistency under pressure
n
- A collaborative attitude, supporting fellow baristas and the wider team
n

n

You will also be responsible for:

- Delivering exceptional customer service to a diverse and loyal customer base
n
- Maintaining high standards of coffee quality and presentation
n
- Contributing positively to a qualified, hospitality-driven team culture
n
