Job Description

MercyCare in Western Australia seeks a dedicated role to manage an active caseload, delivering interventions that respond to user needs and risks. You will develop community engagement strategies, run forums and collaborate with local partners to improve access to supports.

You should have experience in residential settings, solid communication and collaboration skills, and hold a Driver's Licence, WWCC and National Police Clearance within six months.
