The Program for Aspiring Vertiv Engineers (PAVE) is Vertiv Asia's flagship early-career development program designed to develop the next generation of engineering and technical professionals.

As a PAVE Associate (Technical Track), you will participate in a structured 12-month development journey combining technical training, project exposure, mentorship, rotational assignments, and hands‑on learning across Vertiv's portfolio of critical infrastructure solutions.

Who We Are Looking For

- Recent graduates or candidates with up to two years of work experience
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in:
