As part of our continued growth, DEAN World Cargo is looking to add a Customer Service & Pricing Coordinator to our Customer Service team.

n

This newly created role is ideal for someone with freight forwarding experience who enjoys building customer relationships, coordinating shipments, preparing quotations and solving operational challenges in a rapid-paced environment.

You'll be involved across:

- Customer Service & Account Management
n
- Import Shipment Coordination
n
- Airfreight, FCL & LCL Quotations
n
- Carrier, Supplier & Overseas Agent Liaison
n

We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, customer-focused and enjoys taking ownership of their work. Previous freight forwarding experience is essential,



while CargoWise and pricing experience would be highly regarded.
