Reporting to ___Country Finance_____ Manager,
this role will see you responsible for managing the day to day financial and administration functions of the branch including:
n
Maintaining and following sound accounting practices and procedures.
n
Effective Debtors management
n
Provision of operating reports and expense budget reports for all departments on a monthly basis.
n
Monitoring all costs and payments
n
Reconciling various accounts as determined by the Operations Manager
n
Supervising a team of staff including recruiting, performance management, workflow management and training and development
n
Contributing to the effectiveness of the team in terms of quality and productivity
n
Reporting conditions that are adverse to the operational efficiency of the department or achievement of quality.
n
Monitoring measuring and managing effectiveness of all department employees
n
Developing and maintaining processes, policies, procedures and administrative systems
n
WHS management and reporting
n
To be successful in this role you must possess:
n
Tertiary qualifications in Book Keeping, Finance or Accounting, CA / CPA is desirable.
n
Valid Drivers' License ( Travel Required)
n
3 + years' leading both AP and AR team experience or 5+ years' all-rounder finance with strong business acumen is desirable.
n
Sound understanding of regulatory compliance and reporting is mandatory.
n
